Stability problems have been reported when using the XP version of the TSP Client with Windows Vista and Windows Seven. This has been reported to the software provider.
The TSP Client software handles the configuration of tunnels from this tunnel server on users' client machines. It also handles the NAT traversal, if this is required.
The latest TSP Client will always be available from Hexago, but the latest (at the time of writing - July 2005) versions (2.1.1) are mirrored here for convenience.
Upon downloading and unpacking (and if necessary, compiling) the client software, you need to open tspc.conf in your favourite text editor, and change some of the lines. When you registered, you received an email containing your userid and passwd to include in the configuration file. You also need to add the line: server=broker.ipv6.ac.uk
If you wish to use the client to request a block of IPv6 addresses for multiple hosts, you must edit the last few options in the configuration file, in particular, adding prefixlen=56 or 64, and any of the other options, depending on your requirements.
A TSP FAQ is available, as is more detailed help, if required.
